--"TANGLING, THE HEART OF ZENTANGLE, WORK FOR BOTH THE ARTIST AND THE ADMIRER OF ART"--.
It's time for another entry into the weekly Diva Challenge #168 and therefore; this is my entry for this week. We were asked to do one with the tangle "Rain"... so I made a ZIA tile to depict rain and associated scenery. As always I ask that you leave a comment about my efforts and constructive criticism is always welcome so that I may learn from you teachers. Thanks everyone.
This was done on a white tile using Rain, Pop-Cloud, Sedgling, 'Nzeppel -- I probably should have used a tan tile but forgot to do that before I started so I just went with it. |
This is number 8 on the Diva's Linkey Machine as Duane Anderson. Have a great week, everyone.
I like your tile, Duane. The shading is very well done.
ReplyDeleteSuper selection of tangles Duane.
ReplyDeleteThis is great, it just screams Rainy day. Love your shading and contrast!
ReplyDeleteLove the lightening bolts of Rain!!!
ReplyDeleteI like your composition Duane. Great shading, and your rain are realy fat drops. :) Like it !
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the contrast that you used in your tile.
ReplyDeleteNice composition.
ReplyDeleteLove the little scene you create using Rain. It does look like rain is falling from the clouds unto the earth beneath.
ReplyDeleteYour tile made me think of the story The Little Prince living on his tiny planet. very nice.
ReplyDeleteI really like your tile. I used Rain as actual rain on my tile, too, but mine and yours are still very different. I love the way 'Nzeppel looks like cracked, parched earth so desperate for rain. But I especially love your tree. I may have to try that on something. So cute.
ReplyDeleteZentangle art é apaixonante por suas infinitas possibilidades.
